Vegan Apple Breakfast (or anytime) Patty

Ingredients
2 oz (about 1/4 cup) Gimme Lean ground beef style crumbles1/4 medium gala apple, chopped small1/4 tsp sage1/4 tsp thymepinch saltpinch black pepper
Directions
In a small bowl mix "beef", chopped apple, herbs, salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands and press to make a patty. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 min each side, making sure it's cooked in the middle. You're done!
