12 cups organic vegetable broth16 oz baby carrots400 g parsnips200 turnips1 cup barley, raw1 cup chopped onion75 g fresh mushrooms15 oz chicken breast, no skin1 cup chopped celery with leaves2 tsp salt3 bay leaves2 tbs parsley
Throw everything in the crock pot. Cook on low overnight, it's perfect in the morning.
