1 3lb. Roasting Chicken, Cleaned and Washed4 Large Carrots, Peeled and sliced thick1 c. Chopped Cabbage6 Small Potatoes, Peeled and Diced1/4 small Zucchini, Diced1 tsp. Mrs. Dash1 c. Diced Raw Onion
Clean and Wash Chicken. Place in Baking Roaster Pan. Season with Mrs. Dash. Place all vegetables around Chicken and Cover with Foil. Roast in 300 degree oven for 2 hours.
