Chia and Millet Granola (ultimate low cal granola!)

Ingredients
1 cup puffed millet cereal1/3 cup rolled oats1/2 tbsp chia seeds (1.5 tsp)1/2 tsp vanilla extracta hearty few shakes of cinnamon (approx 1/4 tsp)vanilla/cinnamon stevia to taste2 tbsp Walden Farms calorie-free maple/pancake syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper (I like to use the convection oven).
Mix millet, chia, oats, and cinnamon in a bowl. In a small dish combine maple syrup, liquid stevia and some additional cinnamon if desired. Pour over millet mixture and stir until EVERYTHING is nice and moist.
Spread in a *thin* layer on prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes afterwards for full crunchiness! :) ENJOY!
