Quinoa "Mac and Cheese"

Ingredients
Whole Grain Quinoa 1.5 cupEgg, fresh, 2 large Soy Milk, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, 2 cups, shredded (sharp if for adults)Green onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Garlic, 2 clove chopped
Directions
Cook Quinoa as directed on package. Mix eggs, milk and garlic. I also add Penzy "Forward" spice to taste to the milk egg mixture. When quinoa is cooked, add it and cheese to the bowl. Keep a 1/2 cup cheese out to melt over top. cook at 350 for 30 min.
