Ingredients
6 thinly sliced pieces of deli style smoked ham.25 cup diced mushrooms.25 cup diced fresh broccoli2 Tblsp lowfat or non-fat cream cheese.25 cup finely diced red bell pepper.25 tsp Garlic powderPepper to taste
Directions
Separate and lay out ham slices flat. Mix all other ingredients together. Separate into 6 even portions and spread on ham slices. After spreading cream cheese mixture on each ham slice, roll each ham slice into a long tube around cream cheese mixture. Cut each tube into 4 even sections. Makes 24 roll-ups.
