Spam & Eggs with Onion & Garlic

Ingredients
1 cup onion, chopped1 tsp minced garlic7oz spam, cubed4 large eggs, beatenPAM non-stick spray
Directions
Spray large skillet with non stick spray and put over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic until soft. Add spam and brown. Add the eggs and scramble in the skillet.

Divide equally between two plates and serve.
