Pork Tenderloin, .5 piecePotato, raw, 6 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 10.5 serving (3 cans)Beans, white, 2 cupsSprite, 8 oz/ 1 cupOnion powder, 1 tspCumin seed, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dashChili powder, 1 tspGarlic, 1 tbspDiced Chilies, 4 serving
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Season with onion powder, black pepper, ground cumin seed.
Wash/scrub potatoes and cut into small chunks, add to pot around pork.
Drain and add white beans over potatoes.
Cut slits into top of pork and add diced chilies, pushing in a bit to get them down into the slits you cut.
Add tomatoes with juice over everything.
Add minced garlic.
Season with a bit more onion powder, ground cumin seed and chili powder.
Add sprite.
Cover and set on High.
Prior to serving, break up or shred pork.
