Slow Cooker Coconut Chicken Curry

Ingredients
3 Cans Coconut Milk3 Large Green Bell Peppers, Chopped4-5 Roma Tomatoes, Cut in Small Chunks1 Large Sweet Onion, Chopped1 6-oz Can Tomato Paste4-5 Red Potatoes, Skin On, Cut in Medium Chunks4-5 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cubed3 tbsp. Curry Powder1 tbsp. Garam Masala Seasoning
Directions
In a Blender or food processor, liquefy all ingredients except chicken and potatoes. Pour into slow cooker. Throw in the chicken and potatoes, and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.
