Texas Barbecue Pulled Pork

Ingredients
1 tsp Canola oil1 pork loin (2-3 lbs)1 cup barbecue sauce1/2 cup apple cider vinegar1/2 cup chicken broth1/4 cup brown sugar1 tbsp yellow mustard1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp chili powder1 extra large onion (chopped)2 garlic cloves (crushed)
Directions
Pour Canola oil into bottom of a crock pot. Add pork. Mix remaining ingredients except hamburger buns together and pour over pork. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours. Remove pork from crock pot and shred using two forks. return pork to the crock pot and mix with the liquid. Serve on hamburger buns.
