Sweet Breakfast Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices whole-wheat cinnamon raisin or apple cinnamon bread, with 60 calories or less per slice (I use Sprouts brand)1/4 cup liquid egg whites1 tbsp fat free cream cheesecinnamon + steviaoptional: walden farms calorie-free apple butter, 1 tbsp (or could use another sugar free jam)
Directions
Toast bread in toaster oven.
Pour liquid egg whites into nonstick-sprayed small bowl or egg patty cooker. Sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia and microwave for 1 minute.
When bread is toasted spread cream cheese over one slice (if using apple butter, spread on the other slice; if not, spread CC on both slices). If not using AB, also sprinkle some cinnamon/stevia on the cream cheese.
Place egg patty on one slice of bread, top with the other, cut in half and ENJOY! :)
