Raspberry Cheesecake Green Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups Fresh Spinach1/2 cup Raspberries, frozen1/4 cup Fat-free cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt)2 tbsp Sugar-free, Fat-free, Cheesecake flavor, Dry pudding mix (you could use 1 tbsp to reduce the sodium, or omit it, but it changes the flavor)12 oz water (adjust this for the consistency you like)Ice
Directions
Obviously this all goes in a blender. I do it like this: Blend spinach and water first, making sure it gets very smooth. Then add the fruit, cottage-cheese, and pudding mix, and blend. Then add ice and blend.
