Creamy Caeser Salad

Ingredients
Dressing :2 Garlic Clodes - minced and mashed1 Teaspoon Anchovy Paste1/2 Lemon Squeezed Juice1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard1 Teaspoon Warcestershire Sauce1 CupHellmans Light 1/2 the fat mayonnaise1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, gratedCroutons: 3 Slices whole wheat breadSpray Butter1 Clove Garlic, or garlic powderPaprikaSalad:Romaine Lettuce
Directions
For Dressing:
In bowl whisk the garlic paste, anchovy paste, lemon juice, mustard, and warcestershire sauce, add mayonnaise, parmesan, and pepper to taste, and whisk the dressing until it is combined well. May want to beat the dressing with an egg beater.

For Croutons:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheight. Spray both sides of each peice of bread, spready mashed garlic cloves or sprinkle garlic powder and paprika on each side of bread. Place on baking sheet and bake in oven for aproximatly 10 minutes, make sure to flip them half way through. Slice into croutons.

Salad:
Combine Romaine Lettuce, dressing, and croutons in large mixing bowl and serve. If you like you could also add bacon bits.
