Greek Yogurt Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain1/4 cup Oat Bran1 scoop Isobolic Vanilla Protein (or your favourite protein flavour)3 Egg whites1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Mix or blend all ingredients together. Heat pan on low or medium heat and grease with cooking spray. Scoop 1/4 cup servings. Flip pancakes when they start to bubble (about 3 minutes on each side). Serve with your favourite fruit, zero calorie syrup, or peanut butter. Makes 2 servings of 3 or one serving of six pancakes.
