Vegan Very Simple Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour1/2 cup Organic Cane Sugar2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Sea Salt3/4 cup Un-Sweetened Almond Milk1/4 cup Un-Sweetened Applesauce1 cup Frozen Blueberries1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Stir in Almond Milk, Applesauce, Vanilla and Cinnamon.

Fold in blueberries.

Fill muffin cups with large spoon in a muffin tray.(I actually prefer to just grease the muffin tray and skip the muffin cups because they tend to break apart when you try to take off the paper)

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.

Serves: Makes 8 Muffins
