Surf 'n Turf Kabob

Ingredients
16 oz Stew Beef (top sirloin or whatever you desire)1 medium sized onion (cut into 8 equal portions)2 bell peppers (quartered and each then halved)16 oz sea scallops
Directions
If using stew beef, marintate for about 4 hours--otherwise cut beef into 1-invh cubes and then marinate

light your grill

prep vegetables and then stick onto skewers in any pattern you choose. I went with beef, onion, pepper and scallop. Repeat.

Once grill is hot, plave skewers on grill and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes

Serving Size: makes 10-10 inch skewers
