Rice Stir Fry w/ Chicken Patties

Ingredients
3 Chicken Patties, diced1 Bag Rice Stir Fry Mix1 tsp. Low Sodium Soy SauceNon-Stick Cooking Spray
Directions
Thaw and cut chicken patties. Spray Skillet or Wok with non-Stick Cooking Spray (One Quick Spray is all that is needed.). Add Chicken Patties cut up, Soy Sauce and Vegetable Mix. Cover and Steam for 10-15 minutes, or until Vegetables are done yet still a little crispy, stirring every few minutes to keep from sticking to pan.
