Ingredients
1 head romaine or other lettuce cleaned and broken into small pieces. 1 red bell pepper chopped 1 yellow bell pepper chopped 1 small onion diced 1 English cucumber thinly sliced 12 cherry tomatoes sliced in half 2 oz cheddar cheese diced 2 hard boiled eggs sliced Gently toss all ingredients together, topping with boiled eggs. Drizzle with oil and vinegar dressing
