Ground "Beefy" Taco soup

Ingredients
2 T Olive oil Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) diced Garlic, 3 clove, minced Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz 1/2 t each salt and pepper Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, shredded Yellow Squash, 1 small diced Beans, red kidney, 15 ounce can, undrained Beans, black, 15 ounce can, undrained Beans, pinto, 15 ounce can, undrained Fire roasted Diced Tomatoes 2-15 ounce cans, undrained Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 sm can undrained, diced Chef Meg's Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp
Directions
Heat the oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add the onion, turkey, salt and pepper and mix well. Cook, stirring frequently, until there is no pink left in the turkey, about 8 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Add the carrots, squash, tomatoes, beans, chilies, and taco seasoning and mix well. Fill one empty can with water and add that in twice(twp cans worth). increase heat and bring to boil. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
