Kellogg's Raisin Bran Cereal, 2 cup *Self-rising Flour, white, .5 cupBaking Powder, 1 tsp**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbspBrown Sugar, .12 cup, packedCinnamon, ground, 1 tspEgg, fresh, 1 largeBanana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)*Almond Milk UNSWEETENED Silk, 1 cup
Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin tin with paper liners.
Crush 2 cups of raisen bran with fingers or rolling pin. Mix crushed raisen bran with self-rising flour, baking powder, flax meal, brown sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, mash banana thoroughly and add egg and almond milk and beat until well combined. Pour wet ingrediants over dry and mix very lightly, just until combined. Divide batter into 9 muffin cups and bake at 350 until done.
