227g Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast214g Tesco Stir Fry Vegetables & Beansprouts206g Tesco Singapore Noodles83g Sliced Green Onion281g Sharwoods Sweet Chilli Sauce, Szechuan Cook in Sauce5g Tesco Extra Virgin Oil
Put the oil in a wok and heat on a medium heat
Cut up the chicken breast into bite size chunks
Put the chicken into the heated oil and fry until starting to brown
Add in stir fry veg, onions and noodles, stir for 2 mins until veg are starting to soften slightly
Add the sauce and cook for a further 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve immediately.
