Modified Kheer (rice pudding)

Ingredients
3 cups coconut milk1.5 cups lite coconut milk2 cups 2% milk2 cups 1% milk2 cups almond milk2/3 cup sugar1 1/2 cups sugar3/4 cup raisins1 1/2 tsp. cardamom3/4 cup sliced almonds3/4 cup chopped pistachios
Directions
Bring milks and sugar to boil, add rice and simmer until rice is tender 20 mins. Add cardamom and raisins. Simmer 5 mins. Serve garnished with nuts.
