Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, 1 cupBeans, red kidney, 1 cupTomato Sauce, .12 cup*Goya Sazon con culantro y achiote (orange box), 1 envelopeGarlic, 2 cloveCilantro, raw, .50 tbspOlive Oil, 2 tbspOregano, ground, .12 tspSalt, .12 tsp*BLACK PEPPER, .12 tsp
Directions
in rice pot or med. sauce pan
add olive oil and heat (med heat)
then add cilantro and garlic and saute
add tomatoe sauce and beans lower heat
then add all the seasonings stir and add cup of rice
lastly add water enough to to cover rice
1 inch over rice..raise heat to high
when rice is absorbs all liquid lower the heat to low and cover till done.
