Simple Greek Salad

Ingredients
3 large tomatoes (cubed)2 Large English Cucumber (diced)1/2 large Red Onion (cubed)1/2 Kalmata Olives3 garlic cloves (minced)1 TBSP Olive OilJuice from 1 fresh LemonSalt 1/4 crumbled FetaFresh Cracked Pepper
Directions
Toss Tomato, Cucumber, Onion, Olives, Garlic, Oil, and Lemon Juice. Toss in Salt and to taste. Chill if desired. Top salad with Feta and Fresh cracked Pepper. Serve immediately.
