Pork, jasmine rice, soba noodle & veggie stir fry

Ingredients
16 oz pork tenderloin, cubed1 cup Kikkoman stir-fry sauce1 cup white jasmine rice1 1/2 cup water2 bags Mann's california stir fry1/4 cup water (approx)3 bags (servings) Nama yakisoba3/4 cup water2 tsp sesame oil5 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
Directions
Marinate pork tenderloin in stir-fry sauce. Cook rice in water, per directions on package, put in large bowl with a lid. Saute pork, in sauce, until done and pour in bowl. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil and lightly saute 1 bag vegetable stir fry, add a little bit of water and cover with lid to steam briefly. Put in bowl with pork and rice. Repeat with remaining bag of vegetables. Heat 3 tbsp vegetable oil and add yakisoba noodles, cook per directions on package. Toss noodles in bowl and enjoy!

    I used low-sodium soy sauce and also a bit of low-sodium organic chicken broth instead of oil. - 12/30/12
