Pork Rind Pizza No sauce

Ingredients
28 grams Crushed pork rinds (any kind is fine)1 egg3 tbs parmesan cheeseSargento Italian blend cheese (low fat)Hormel Turkey pepperoni
Directions
crushed pork rinds
mix egg, Parmesan, and mix until it forms a dough.
flatten this on a non stick oven proof pan.
bake at 350 for 10 mins
then flip and add pepperoni and cheese, if you want you can add sauce but it will add more carbs.
broil the whole thing for 4 mins. until bubbly .
