Ingredients
Half a cup of oatsThird of a cup of cottage cheese1 medium eggThird of a teaspoon of cinnamonQuarter of a teaspoon of L.S.AThird of a cup of yogurt (I prefer Greek)Half a tablespoon of maple syrup
Directions
Mix oats, egg, cottage cheese, cinnamon & LSA. Form small oatckes in a non-stick frypan, fry on slow/medium heat until firm.
Serve topped with yogurt and drizzle of maple syrup.
(berries, banana and other fruits could also be added to the topping if you like)
