overnight oatmeal in a jar

Ingredients
1/4 c oatmeal1/4 c almond milk, vanilla1/4 c skim milkblueberries or other fruit
Directions
Place ingredients in 1 cup canning jar. Screw on plastic lid and gently shake. Store in refrigerator overnight. Ready to eat in the morning. May add a little brown sugar if you like it sweet. Other fruit could be easily substituted for blueberries.

    I use about 1/4 of a banana with this a sprinkle of nuts and t teaspoons of chia seeds. We have enjoyed this this summer.
