Cheesy Broccoli, cauliflower and potato Soup

Ingredients
16oz Frozen Broccoli and Cauliflower1 medium Potato14oz low sodium Chicken broth12-16oz velveeta cheese
Directions
place 14oz Chicken Broth with frozen veggies.
Bring to a boil. reduce heat to low and simmer for 10minutes. Check veggies to make sue they are tender. Add cheese on small blocks until melted. Serve warm
