Broiled Mozzarella Tomato Halves

Ingredients
3 whole tomatoes, cut in half1 oz mozzarella cheese (grated)3 crushed bagel chips (could also use bread crumbs)1 T parmesan cheesepepper to taste
Directions
Cut each tomato in two pieces, place on a cookie sheet cut side up. Mix together pepper, parmesan cheese, and chips and evenly put a spoonful on each cut part. Broil until chip mixture is golden brown (5-6 minutes). Take tomatoes out of the oven and evenly place mozzarella cheese on top of each tomato. Place back in the oven and broil until cheese is melted, gooey, and slightly browned! Enjoy!
