Spicy Low Carb Cabbage Soup

-Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium chopped into bite sized pieces-1 can Spinach -Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large -Onions, raw, 3 medium -French Cut Green Beans, frozen, 3 cup (remove)-Chicken Broth 1 can-Chicken Breast, no skin,3 breast -Garlic, Minced 4 tbsp-Garlic Salt 6 tbsp-Water, tap, 6 cup-Pepper, black, 4 tbsp-2 tsp Italian Seasoning-Chick Peas 2 can-Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped-Olive Oil, 6 tbsp
Chop cabbage head into bite sized pieces and set aside. Chop onions into bite sized pieces and brown in a large soup pot with olive oil on high heat until light brown. Stir in minced garlic and let brown with onions for 1 minute. Add in chopped cabbage and stir with onions and garlic mixture for 5 minutes. Add in water, broth, herbs and spices and all other vegetables and bring to a boil. Chop raw chicken breast into small bites and stir in and lower heat for a simmer for 2 hours. Stir and enjoy.
