Beet Vegetable Juice

3 large beets10 large stalks celery with leaves8 medium carrots1bunch celery2 medium apples4 lemons optional
Directions
Wash veggies. Put vegetables through juicer, alternate parsley with firm vegetables. Add juice of 1/2 lemon to each serving at serving if desired.
