About 6 Ore Ida frozen Sweet Potato Crinkle Fries1 large burrito size flour tortilla1 heaping tablespoon Salsa Con Queso3 strips turkey bacon (substitute veggie sausage, veggie bacon or your favorite breakfast meat)1/4 cup Egg Beaters Southwestern style
Prep tortilla by spreading Salsa Con Queso across the middle vertically.
Cook the turkey bacon and chop into about 1" pieces
Cook the sweet potato fries in a skillet or oven till hot and crisp.
Scramble the Egg Beaters Southwestern style.
Roll all the above into the prepped tortilla and enjoy.
