Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
6 medium chicken thighs (with skin and bone)3 potatoes, chunked1 medium onion, chunked3 carrots, chunked3 celery stalks, chunked1 1/2 Tablespoons dried sage1 1/2 Tablespoons dried thyme1 Tablespoon black pepper1/2 Tablespoon coarse salt
Directions
Rinse chicken and place in baking dish.
Add veggies (potatos, onion, carrots, celery) to baking dish.
Sprinkle everything with spices (sage, thyme, pepper, salt).
Roast on 375 for approximately 1 hour, or until chicken is slightly crispy and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
