Ingredients
The Sour Cream is Light - Not fat free - the fat free does not congeal well. It is a Total of 16 oz container so no need to measure it out!
Directions
Drain the pineapple and then Mix the pineapple and sour cream - keep the juice in it - do not drain. Once it is blended add the 2 packets of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix. Blend. Place in ready made graham cracker crust. Chill for at least 1 hour.
