Marinated Tomato Salad

Ingredients
MARINADE:3/4 Cup White wine vinegar ***Use cider vinegar if white wine is not available1/8 tsp. Salt1/8 Cup Shallots, chopped1 Tbsp. Chives, finely chopped1 Tbsp. Lemon juice1/8 tsp. Ground black pepper1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oilSALAD:6 Sunburst tomatoes, quartered8 Cherry tomatoes, halved8 Grape tomatoes, halved1 Large Tomato, sliced horizontally into 1/2" slices
Directions
1. Prepare marinade. Combine vinegar and salt in large bowl; stir until salt is completely dissolved. Add shallots, chives, lemon juice and pepper; mix well. Slowly whisk in oil until well blended.

2. Add tomatoes to marinade; toss well. Cover and let stand at room temperature 2 to 3 hours.
