Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, chopped, 5 cups Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or slicedOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Sunflower Oil, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 dash1/2 Chicken Cube
Directions
Brown onions in oil, add spinach and keep stir for 2 mins, add tomatoes, chicken cube, salt and pepper. cover and let it cook for 10 mins.

U can not use the chicken cube.
