Directions
turn the oven to 400. Set out on the counter all your ingredients in order. Pita, sauce, cheese and toppings. Let the kids make there own and place them on a cookie sheet. Place them into the oven on the top shelf for about 10 min and check them. You want the cheese to bubble and just start to turn brown.

    I made this tonight for my dinner --- but I cut the pita pocket ( 1/2 of a whole pita) into 2 half circles & brushed them with a little EVOO & sprinkled on some garlic & oregano --- then I popped them into the oven for a few minutes before I put the toppings on --- it was soooooo YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!! - 7/19/08
