Crockpot Pintos & Pork Loin Chops

Ingredients
H-E-B Pinto Beans Dry (1/4 cup), 3.25 cup*Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, .75 lbOnions, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedGarlic, 3 tspWater, tap, 4 cupBaking Soda, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tbsp*Cumin seed, 1 tspBay Leaf
Directions
Rinse and sort beans into crockpot, cover with water and add 1 tsp baking soda. Soak overnight. Drain water and rinse. Put back in crockpot, add hot water, pork chops, and spices to cover and cook all day on high.
