Nixie's faux Apple Pie ala Mode!

5 Medium apples3 tbsp Country Crock Light butter2 tbsp ground cinnamon6 packets of Stevia/Truvia1.5 cups of Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
Place 12 ounces (1.5 cups) of yogurt in a freezer safe container and into the freezer.
Peel, core, and slice apples, toss into a saucepan with the butter, cinnamon, and Stevia. Get to a boiling point, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let apples sit for at least a few minutes after cooking before serving (super hot). Serve with 1/4 cup of frozen yogurt!
