Tuna Monte Cristo Sandwich

Ingredients
4 thin slices ( 2 oz.) Chedder Cheese4 oval slices sourdough or challah (egg) bread1/2 lb. deli tuna salad1 egg, beaten1/4 cup milk2 tbls. butter or margarine
Directions
1. Place 1 slice cheese on each bread slice. Spread tuna evenly over two slices of cheese-topped bread. Close sandwich with remaining bread.

2. Combine egg and milk in shallow bow. Dip sandwich in egg mixture, turning to coat well.

3. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sandwich; cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
