Turkey cheese & salad sandwich on hi-fiber bread

2 x slices of Franz Double Fiber Bread2 x slices turkey breast1 x slice Swiss cheese1 x medium tomato6 x slices fresh cucumber with skin on2 x lettuce leaves1/2 x small avocado
Directions
Spread avocado on both sides of bread and stack ingredients. Add pepper and lemon juice to the top of the ingredients before slapping top slice of bread on.
