Anna's German Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 3/4 lbs cooked Potaoes (about 2 lbs raw)8 oz Kosher Dill Pickles7 oz Apple (red or golden Delicious)5.5 oz raw Onionfresh or dried Dill (1/2 bunch or 2 tbsp dry)1/2 cup pickle juice3-4 oz light MayonnaiseSalt1/2 tsp ground Mustard (or 1 tbsp Dijon mustard)
Directions
Peel potatoes and chop into bitesize pieces.
cook in saltwater. Smaller pieces cook faster, therefore reduces the cooking time to 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool down.
Slice and chop apples, onions and pickles in small pieces (about 1/4"). Mix with Dill, Mustard, and pickle juice from the Dill Pickles.
Add cooled potatoes and mayonnaise, mix well and taste with salt.
