Introduction

A little different than the soup from the "cabbage soup diet". I tend to like this one much better! Fills you up with virtually no calories (you expend them cutting the cabbage!) Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups of water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tbsp black pepper
    1 med carrot sliced
    2 cups shredded cabbage

Directions

Bring two cups of water to boil in a sauce pan, add bouillon cubes, black pepper and carrots. Cook on med heat until carrots are just soft, add cabbage, cook until cabbage is wilted. Serve. Makes two heaping bowls!
