Hamburger casserole

Ingredients
1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef1 tsp Olive Oil1 tsp chili powder1 cloves Garlic minced1/4 cp Salsa1/2 cp Fat free Sour Cream1 cp Cheddar Cheese shredded3 cps cooked White Rice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.Cook rice. Into a a fry pan goes the oil, and garlic until soft add the hamburger until brown(drain is needed)add sour cream and salsa simmer until thickened. Place rice in baking dish add meat mixture and stir cover with 3/4 of cheese and bake in 350 oven until cheese is melted. Serve each 1 cp serving sprinkled with remaining cheese.
