Tomato-Basil Pasta sauce

Ingredients
Roma tomatoes, gratedfresh basil, choppedkalamata black olives, halvedgarlic, onion, chives, chopped
Directions
Heat the olive oil on low -medium heat. Add the chopped onion (white, green red or combination), chopped garlic, chopped chives, and fry until soft.
grate the tomatoes and add into the pan. Add the pitted olives, chopped fresh basil and the oregano (fresh is better). Cook a few minutes longer.
