Perfect Beef Burger

Ingredients
16 oz of extra, ultra, lean mince beef.2 tbsp chopped onion ( if desired )1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 serving of mixed herbs.
Directions
Place mince, onion, herbs and pepper in a large bowl.
Mix together but not mushy. divide into 4 portions approx 4 oz each. Shape each one into a round, or use a burger press. fry with fry lite spray 10 min each side or grill 10 min each side or oven cook for 15 min each side
