Sauteed diced potatos

1 large potato (red or white) - diced to your liking..5 tsp of lemon pepper seasiningwater1 Tbsp of Olive oil
1. sautee (in Med heat) potatos in olive oil w/ lemon pepper seasoning for about 5 min (until they're lightly browned).
2. throw in some water (enough to 1/2 way cover the potatoes)
3. cover and let the potatoes soak in the water for about 10 min... mix it up a couple of times so potatoes won't burn.
Serving Size: Makes about 2 servings
