Simple Ramen Coleslaw

16-oz bag of coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage with carrot)2 stalks of green onion1 package of ramen noodles with oriental-flavored seasoning1/3 cup peanut oil3 Tbsp or 1/4 cup rice vinegar - UNseasoned1-2 tsp sugar1 tsp ground pepper
Set aside ramen seasoning packet. Chop green onion. Crush ramen noodles. Put noodles, coleslaw mix, and onion in a large bowl. In a measuring cup, measure and mix together peanut oil, rice vinegar, sugar, pepper, and ramen seasoning. Pour dressing over coleslaw and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
