No Added Sugar Banana Bread

Ingredients
Flour, whole grain, 2 cupBanana, fresh, 2 cup, mashedEgg, fresh, 2 medium Baking Powder, 1 tspBaking Soda, 0.5 tspNutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Whisk baking soda and powder into the flour with nutmeg.

Mix eggs well into the mashed banana, stir in the flour and put into 12 lined cupcake cases.

Cook at 220'c until a tester comes out clean.
